I'VE DONE IT FINALLY!!!!!

I meant i finally put in my papers in Sutherland. I'm joining a US based software concern as a manager. The job is a regular 9-6er which means I wouldn't be working on the weekends or though the night!! And I need not be afraid of shift changes every month!! The icing on the cake is that the new office is about 200 meters from where i stay!! I have no qualms with my earlier organisation but yes, a selfish need for career growth and proper managerial skills!!! Hoping this is gonna take me to new heights!! Pray for me!!!
